Welcome to AYU Fit. We have developed this 6 week course to help improve your lifestyle and make you feel great!

What will you get:

  • 6 Weeks of Meal plans & Recipes
  • 6 Weeks of Home Fitness Workouts- our workouts are 20-25 minutes max and require no equipment.
  • 6 Weeks of Mind Set Exercises to help boost your confidence and build self esteem

This course is delivered through pdf and video formats.

Our workouts require no equipment and can be done in your own home. We use a technique called HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training. Each workout will be no more than 20 minutes in length. You will do 4 HIIT workouts and 1 steady state each week. Here are some key benefits of HIIT:

*Burns calories and fat in a shorter amount of time – HIIT is great if you have a limited amount of time to work out. Studies show that 15 minutes of high intensity interval training burns more calories than jogging on a treadmill for an hour.
* Effective energy use – HIIT workouts alternate between high intensity workouts with short resting periods. Through interval training your body learns how to efficiently use the energy that comes from your body’s energy system. HIIT also helps remove toxic wastes from your muscles during the resting periods. Alternating between the exercises also helps you breathe effectively.
* Boosts metabolism and burns calories and fat hours after you have finished your workout– HIIT helps you consume more oxygen than a non-interval workout routine. The excess amount of oxygen consumed helps increase your rate of metabolism from about 90 minutes to 144 minutes after a session of interval training, meaning the increased metabolism helps burn more calories at a faster rate. When participating in such high intensity workouts your body’s repair cycle goes into hyper drive. This means in the 24 hours after a HIIT workout your body is still burning calories and fat whereas in steady-pace workouts, you may not.
* No equipment necessary– You can do a HIIT workout pretty much anywhere!
* Challenging – HIIT workouts are a challenge to everyone, no matter how fit and beginners a quicker way to see results. You are constantly pushing yourself out of your comfort zone therefore you can never get bored with your workout!

Too often we are bombarded by fad diets and unsustainable meal plans so our aim over the 6 weeks is to help you create new habits and a routine that will fit in with your busy lifestyle. We want you to enjoy every moment of it and so, have developed workouts and meal plans that we feel are super achievable and enjoyable. This is a lifestyle not a diet.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to destinations inside and outside of Ireland.

We pride ourselves on delivering your product to you as quickly as we possibly can.

All Irish deliveries will be dispatched within 24 hours Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after 5pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

Orders are dispatched with An Post or a courier, depending on the size of the order.

Delivery charges vary depending on the weight and delivery method relevant to the customer. In most cases all orders within the Republic of Ireland will be delivered within 24 hrs.

For orders outside of Ireland but in the EU, please allow 3-5 days for delivery.

Orders outside the EU may take 7-10 days for delivery.

Returns


We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so we try to make the returns process as painless as is possible. Returns are accepted providing that they are in their original packaging and have not been used. They must be returned with 7 days of receipt for a full refund to be made thereafter all returns are subject to a 15% administration fee.


Please allow up to 14 days for the adjustment on to the account. All postage is paid by the customer. We always recommend that you return the item via registered mail as we are unable to help or assist if the item does not make it back to us.
